I looked at several places before choosing Laurel Ridge. Everywhere else was either the same expense or more expenses with less! Full size washer and dryer and dishwasher make for easy living!

I've only had minor maintenance issues and they were taken care of within a couple days of calling! The new mgmt. company is really making necessary repairs, like a new water line, painting, new decks, etc etc. Even without the changes I would still choose to live here!

Other reviews complain about paper thin walls...I haven't had a problem with this. On occasion I'll hear my neighbors watching a movie kinda loud, but I attribute that to the sound system, not the walls! Electric bills seems reasonable for the sq. footage, and PP&L offers a payment plan to help with higher winter bills. Let's just say I've seen much worse when it comes to utilities.

I have no complaints with the appliances. Stoves, dishwasher & fridges last awhile, so they are certainly not brand new. As appliances fail, they are replaced with new models. My washer & dryer are brand new! Kitchen cabinets are a tad outdated but does it really matter'

I think this is a safe little community close to everything but still quiet with an 'out of the way' feel.

Shop around, you'll most likely find that you'll get the most bang for your buck at Laurel Ridge!
