The last review was obviously written by a staff member. This person is awfully "in-the-know" about what's going on to have just moved in as a "resident" this year. Lots of exclamation points is a little too overemphatic and the reviewer overcomes every negative they list by offsetting it with a positive. Suspicous.

Trust me, I'm a current resident, and will be out of there as soon as my lease is up. I was lured in by the large floorplans, but that isn't worth the headache of living here. I've found another place where they pay my heat, as electric bills are HIGH with the heat (heat pump) and rents too expensive for type of residents they allow to move in here. There was a MAJOR Drug bust at a neighbor's apartment not that long ago (I know what the commotion was about because my boyfriend is a cop). I wonder if they even check residents for a criminal background'

I would seriously consider other reviews before opting to move here. Look around some more... there are nicer communities with more value for your money.
