So often persons make comments that are absolutely not true on this site...I encourage for prospective residents to take all things into consideration. Sometimes items are written by either other complexes which consider Laurel Ridge to be a threat (simply because they are more of an upscale property), other times persons who do not adhere to policy and procedures/rules and regulations tend to seek revenge in the best way they know how. The proof is in the pudding.....reviews listed previously regarding Laurel Ridge as being a racist community...are contridictary of one another...one indicates that they are racist against whites...the other states that they are racist against ------...make up your minds. If one is noting their experience during there stay that is one thing, however if you do not bring your concerns to the attention of someone who can do something about them.... WHY ASK WHY' I can say that during my stay at The Village of Laurel Ridge has been most pleasant...especially since the new owners have come on board...you are constantly witnessing upgrades taking place.

The only reason I have moved is because it was time for me to purchase a new home.

If you are the manager...you have got to get the name down right. It is not Laurel Ridge. Let's see if you can guess the name of the complex. Go ahead! Give it your best.
