I lived in this community for 6 months, tops. i had to end up breaking my lease due to flea infestations (although they SWORE the tenant prior to me did not have an animal) AND I do not even own an animal! Among other things... it is a fairly expensive place, suppose to be "upscale", but definitley not an "upscale" apartment. Slow and sloppy maintenance workers. I'd advise anyone NOT to rent there!

Live here for about 3 years just moved out in April and thank god i did. Lets see the place is very outdated windows leak cold air in the winter kitchens and bathrooms are from the 70"s and the walls are very thin you can here everthing. We have had bugs that never got fixed they say they spray but they don't. The building down from us had a drug bust back in Oct of this year. As for getting things fixed if you need it, thats a joke in half most of the time it's done have ass or never the maintenance guys i think have a IQ of a 2 year old. As for that lady in the office she does nothing for you nor does she want to here about any problems she lies and lies more i bet that smoke detectors still is not fixed from 2 years ago thats her for you. The best thing this place can do is fire her they are not going to get anywhere with her working here. Listen for the money you can live somewhere much nicer then here and dont buy into that's ladies bull ---- in the office because thats what she is full of ----..
