In my 32 years, I've lived in both places that I've rented as well as places that I've bought and have never experianced and would never wish my family's experiance to anyone. "We missed a spot" list, more like I would think twice before you sign on that dotted line. Not only was the place infested with roaches, which were found in daughters cereal at school, always a good time, the windows and door were painted shut, by the way you can expect a huge electric bill with how drafty that place is. Let's see what else, the dryer vents were completely clogged so we couldn't dry our clothes, I think we are past hanging our clothes to dry don't you, when we called no wait I'm sorry "Interupted" the "Lease Manager, not part of my job" she said that the person is on vacation for two weeks and there was nothing we could do until then so after calling the main office they had to put a new vent on our place. Stains on the carpets,"New Carpets" instyle I guess and if you have a pet make sure they tell it is not included in your rent you have to add it to, they will not tell for atleast 6 months in that you have back rent do. If for some reason you decide that you are going to rent from this hell hole, please be advised that when you decied to leave don't go look for places because if they find out when they call you just opened a whole new can of worms, and I'm just kidding get ou as quick as you can, and when you get into your new place and get that bill from before you lease was actully up, wait how does that work, make sure you keep copies of everything for when you send that check in it will go towards the new tenents rent and you will get a notice that says "you still owe and we are reporting you". So, in closing if you want a place that is smaller than they said, with a 3rd bedroom that can only hold a desk, and would like no place to park god for bid you get home past 5, pool you can't swim in at the beginning of summer, overpay for place that might be worth 400/month, a pleasant cave like feeling inside and an AC that only works downstairs, 50 downstairs and 95 upstairs and lastly a place that is like pulling to get anything done like I don't know trim the hedges so when i walk in my door, which has grass in it from when they cut it and went under the door inide your place, it doesn't feel like I walking through a jungle..... I think we have found the perfect place for you. Pay attention anyone moving in from out of the area.
