Okay first thing there is a post on here that the person says lived at Ringneck for 6 years lost there job and Kelly would let them break the lease i found that hard to be true let me tell you about this place and a true story. Okay back in Nov of 2008 me and my wife found out that i had cancer yes cancer so i called the oh might great one Kelly at the office i told her what was going on and that i would be taken a leave from work and that are rent was going to be late ever month for at least 6 to 7 months and was there a way not to pay the late fee of 99.00 a month i mean come on we are down to one income now. Well first she wanted us to move to a smaller place there for less rent lets see how were we going to move i have cancer. Okay so then she says the will wave the fee for the late rent just dont let it go past due for that month so we never did always paid it about 2 weeks after it was due. So here comes March and it time to renew the lease. My wife and I decided to move out due to many reasons i will get there then but the main one was i was still fighting cancer and was not sure when i would get back to work. So we signed the paper saying we would be moving out in May of 2009. So here comes a letter on my door for April saying we owe 99.00 for late rent so i called kelly and said we talked about this and you said it will be okay and she said well you are moving out deal is off now don't you think that is funny for over 4 months we could pay late but know that we are moving she wants to chage me late fees that's Kelly for you. So after we moved i get a letter from the main office saying i owe them 198.00 for late rent but they re keeping my 99.00 deposit so it's only 99.00 owed i called them and told them what happened. Well the lady was very nice i thought till i got a letter on Sat saying i still owe them 99.00. Now the fight is one i mean here is a guy fighting cancer wife has a baby and this place still wants 99.00 from me after i was told all late fees would be waved and of course now Kelly said she never said that thank god i have 4 people that dont know me or her and heard her tell me that all fees would be waved when she called me on the phone thanks to speaker phone. Okay now about the place we lived in very outdated 2 bedroom townhouse that's what they call it the windows are hard to open Electric Bill was very high i think we paid like almost 200.00 a month there. Nothing ever got fixed right. Ever time we would turn on the Ac water would leek down over the electrical box and they would come in and paint over it great way to fix it i have pic of this because i called my Insurance company and they wanted pic just incease there was a fire they could come back on them. Then i had mice in the wall well nothing ever got done about that tried to say it was are dishes being put away wet i mean come on my wife is the neatest freak you would ever meeet i mean you could eat of the floors thats how clean we were and are. So i had some one from Terminix come and they said it was a dead mice in the wall the smell was bad at least they gave us spray to use which helped this was the second time they had to come when we first moved in we had bug's all over the place and Kelly would not send anyone to spray i have pics of these bug's she told me that someone would come but i would have to pay for it i thought thats what rent us they take care of it i gusse not. My smoke alarm up stairs did not work and was never fixed have pic of that i had a hole in my roof in upstairs closet for about 3 months before they would fix it had to put a bucket up there to catch the water but i gusse Kelly would say none of this happened well good thing for us we kept notes and pic's of all of this. Lights outside never worked and nothing ever got done about it at. How would you like to pull into a dark parking lot. On are back deck we had a tree that was hanging over are deck could not sit out there or eat due to bugs on the tree ask to have it cut was still waiting when we moved out. So here it is Kelly is a liar and will tell you anything to get you to move in there i don't think she could ran a zoo which is were they should put her. Just stand outside Kelly and smoke because that's all you are good for. So take it from me and my wife stay away from this place thank god i work for a company that i get to meet alot of people looking for places to move cause when i get back to work i will make sure everone i run into does not move here at least they wont when i show them all the pics.
