I lived in Wedgewood Hills for 2 years with my roomie. When the ad in the paper/apartment magazine says quaint, it means small. The maintenace is terrible, and the property manager is flightier than an airport runway. They have a serious squirrel infestation in their attics and they have know about this for 6 years...nice huh' The apartments are way overpriced, and the heat is included--which is set at the lowest it can go, so it is always cold. The propery manager is rude, and unprofessional--when you call her office she will always have you on speaker phone--what is that''' The price has gone up to something like 582 for a 2 bedroom---when we first moved in it was 525--what a hike for no new service. When they state that they have high speed internet--that is a lie. High speed is cable which you pay for. Not to mention, there is also a mouse problem. Please take my advice---do not move here!!!
