I used to like my apartment but I do not see what my money is paying for anymore. They are getting more expensive now that residents will have to pay for ALL utilities. Just as I actually like my neighbors after too many bad ones, they are doing "upgrades" to the complex and giving the tab to the residents. The people who did the electric upgrade were rude and messy, and staff did not tell residents that it would take so long (all freaking day with no power) and be so LOUD and dirty. Dust everywhere, and it's an old building so we're talking asbestos and lead here. Now they are replacing the windows with another rude and messy crew and more toxic dust flying around, this time every room of your home. And people already have air conditioners... what are we supposed to do with them' Put them in the pathetic storage lockers downstairs so they can get ripped off' Oh, and another thing: They may say they allow a small dog or cat, but THEY ARE NOT PET FRIENDLY. There is a huge difference. Don't trust them.
