The apartments are quite small but the neighborhood is quiet and safe, not to mention the rent is insanely cheap for the area. With heat included you save a lot on bills.

The maintenance staff is always friendly and they respond incredibly fast. Once they even came over on a Friday evening even though it was after their official hours!
