Yes, the heat is included and the management is friendly. I couldn't believe the condition of my apartment when i moved in, it was nasty. They told me that i would be able to move in a couple of weeks, b/c they had to get it ready. Ready for what, for the tenants to clean their own apartments, before they move their stuff in. I would NOT recommend this hole.
