Well I have lived there for about 2 years and it has changed a lot. Well in reference to the management it changed in the middle of last year and yes the residence was not informed about all of the new workers the only one we know by name is the leasing manager. But yes they did put in new windows but they get mode on them and all around and the heat is not good. It is force heat out of an air conditioner and yes at time it blows out cold air so you have to keep it running all day even when you are at work.

Now maintenance is a whole another story they use to clean the buildings everyday now it is just about every 2 to 3 weeks. Lights are out and no one is changing them people leave there garbage by the side of the dumpster and yes management says nothing. Now this property was defiantly at it's best when the manager was Jackie. Why they took her away I don't know why but I will say it will not be long before it is listed as a little hood in the suburb.

P.S : The people moving in now I just don't know what to say about them I guess with the recession they have dropped their standers once again. You can get more for your money some place else don't be fooled by the pretty trees because the outside is very different from the inside. Yes don't think the rent is cheap because when you sign the lease they tell you about the extra $90 you have to pay monthly for your utilities an yes you must pay it you will get a bill for it with your rent statement so if you have a budget this is not the place for you.
