I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE NOT EVEN AN OLD PERSON TO LIVE HER. THE MANAGEMENT ARE RACIST AND ITS ALMOST LIKE LIVING IN A TRAILER PARK WITH DIRTY ASS PEOPLE. THE APARTMENTS ARE THE WORSE. VERY SMALL, TOO SMALL TO PUT UP WITH PEOPLE THAT DON'T LIKE MINORITIES. YOU LIVE WITH PEOPLE THAT SIT ON THEIR ASS ALL DAY WHILE YOU BUST YOUR ASS BECAUSE THEY MOVE ANYBODY IN HERE THEY ARE JUST LOOKING FOR THE NEXT DOLLAR. ----- THE THE MANAGER AND SHE IS A -------------------- WHO DOES NOT SCREEEN ANYONE THAT MOVES IN. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY TO LIVE HERE. ITS LIKE LIVING IN PRISON BECAUSE YOU ARE STACKED ON TOP OF ONE ANOTHER. READ ALL THE REVIEWS WERE PEOPLE ARE UNHAPPY ABOUT WEDGEWOOD HILLS BECAUSE IT IS TRUE.

i honestly disagree with this review....i live here now and i love it. ----- the manager is the best...she is very friendly, upfront about everything ands gives everyone a fair chance. the neighborhood is wonderful and most people are friendly and courteous. i would recommend this neighborhood to anybody just startin out on their own

I have lived here now for 2 years and I can honestly say I can not wait to move. The Property manager is great and very friendly but the property is terrible. Winters here are terrible.The window heating units are very drafty and barely heat the apartment. There are constant plumbing issues and although maintenance respond to issue in a timely manor 2 weeks later the problem is back. What did they do the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd time they fixed this??? Also the noise is terrible! You can hear everything your neighbors are doing as well as smell everything they are cooking!! The paint is constantly chipping of the walls and the bathfitter bath tub is falling apart & mold is visible growing underneath!! I honestly would not recommend anyone to move here. You definitly get what you pay for.
