NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!!!Any reviewer giving that tenement good marks must either be an Idiot, or has gained some sort of reward from their management to have posted it(OR IS SOMEONE IN MANAGEMENT).Only giving a rating of ONE because ZERO is not an option.PUBLIC HOUSING PROJECT posing as a suburban apartment complex. Violent tenants have STABBED one another(check with police).Theft of mail and packages from mailboxes and packages delivered to your door and dropped off are common. Management is concerned only about rent, AND DOING AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE FOR TENENTS. Maintenance will do only do the bare minimum on repairs in order to save money for the Property Owners.Tenants have often URINATED AND DEFECATED in the swimming pool.Police are constantly called for domestic situations, vandalism, burglary's, fights, and firearms violations. You, your family's safety, and property are at risk living there. A total disgrace to the surrounding community. Ask any police officer from Susquehanna Township about the number of calls they get regarding WHISPERWOOD APARTMENTS.
IF YOU ENJOY BEING TREATED LIKE DIRT AND LIVING LIKE A PIG, I WOULD GIVE WHISPERWOOD HIGH MARKS!
YOU WOULD ONLY BE HARMING YOURSELF AND FAMILY RENTING FROM THEM, AND POSITIVELY REGRETING IT LATER.
