This apartment complex has horrible new management triple crown that has added fees and raised the rent to a whopping $845 for a 2 bdrm and its a project(want-to be hood) like development but hasn't renovated the interior or exterior structures.Everything inside of these apartments is falling apart.Only 1 person can fit in the kitchen at a time..Yes it's that small in the kitchens.the appliances in kitchen are outdated don't work properly the lam. tile on floors are peeled up.Tiles in baths are chipped and broken stained.The plumbing always backs up.There is the bug issues in the summer.The complex allows section 8/Welfare that have 7 (2 adults 5 children)people in one unit living together.(2bdrms)There is constant flow of drug dealers roaming through the parking lots in the summer time and hoodlum kids that parent's don't watch.Who vandelize cars, curse out adults,run around on the street,hit peoples cars with their biclycles put mulch in cars. also small dogs running around without leashes/And the careless leashless owner that doesn't clean up after them.All of this goes on and they had cameras and SECURITY at the time.What a joke!!!(BUT got rid of the cameras and security)But of course these problems haven't went away management doesn't want to accept responsibility for anything that goes on in their complex. Yes there is ample storage/Closets , 1 1/2 baths and they allow pets but make sure you dont get tricked into the $30 fee they throw out in the middle of nowhere after 3 years and a 3000 dollar deposit.This place doesn't care that they have tenants that take care of their units but don't get anything fixed in them. and have to end up getting things fixed RIGHT themselves!Also there are a lot of smell issues in some buildings SERIOUS smell issues.But I guess that comes from the filth inside some of the units.But hey for 845 a month what can you expect'''''''
