I've lived here for years, and love it for many reasons, mainly because they take care of their residents, and do little things to make it more than just an apartment. Back in the fall, they handed out boxed lunches (SUBWAY subs) in the morning for FREE (yes free) to all residents on their way out to work! I thought maybe it was because they were repaving the main street at the time (only a slight inconvenience, but a small price to pay for a newly paved drive - alot of places wouldn't do that for you), but the office people said it was just a "thank you" for the residents.

Also... they have a car wash area with a free car vacuum and a new air hose, also free, which saves a trip to the car wash. Cool!

The only way I'm moving out is if I buy a house!
