I like this place and am happy with my apartment. My only relatively minor complaints are the following: I had a small problem with a few insects in my kitchen (went away), I really wish there were recycling facilities by all trash bins (there is one for the entire complex), I hear WAY too much of my upstairs neighbors (although they do seem to be noisy - I don't hear my other neighbors), and the traffic around the mall which is close to the complex can be bad around the holidays. Another nice thing about this place, if you use it, is that it is quite close to the local library. Also, living here puts you in Central Dauphin School District which has a 2% tax rate as opposed to all the others which charge 1%.
