This apartment complex is not at all overrated. I'm thinking of the last person that reviewed... you were able to leave after only 2 months living there' Where else can you get that' I lived there for 6 months during a job in the area and they were GREAT to me! They let me out of my lease with no muss, no fuss, and at no charge. Last place I lived, in Austin, TX, they charged me a premium of $150 per month additional and a 2 month penalty. And the staff was not HALF as accommodating as those ladies in the Williamsburg office. They always went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. The leasing lady even came down to my apartment and gave me an extra phone book she had found, two weeks after I had casually asked her for one.

I lived in a first floor apartment and heard just general living noise above me. It was very minimal and nothing out of the ordinary. When you take a first floor apartment, some overhead noise is to be expected. This is apartment living. You're not in a house after all. Other than that, I heard not a peep from my neighbors on either side of me. And my one bedroom was very big & cozy!

Some people are never happy. Look at all the other reviews in the Harrisburg area... none even come close to the reviews at Williamsburg, and they are well deserved.

I was transferred to another city with my job, but I wish I still lived at Williamsburg. I travel a lot with work, and no other place in 10 different cities have EVER compared.
