Although the staff was friendly and helpful, and the grounds were pleasant, I got tired of listening to my neighbors. I could hear more than what is usually expected and/or tolerated.

really? do you have an apartment, maybe that's why...i have an end townhouse, so maybe that's the difference. hmmm. i don't hear anything, except an occasional noise or two. tell your neighbours to shut up! :)
