I like this place a lot, but I agree with a lot of what the recent posters have said-something does need to be done about the parking.

My neighbours have visitors all the time, and on some nights (when I get home late) there's not one spot left, which is interesting because there should be two empty spots for my apartment. I end up parking in another lot, far from my house--and probably making someone else mad for parking in their spot. It's very annoying.

If they aren't going to formally paint numbers on the parking spots, they need to enforce the visitor parking rules.

The place is great, but the residents need to learn to have a little consideration for their neighbours. If it stays this way, I probably won't renew my lease. I have a nice car and would like to keep it close to my home to be able to keep an eye on it.
