What a great place to live in Harrisburg! I rented my first apartment out of college here, and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly & cares about the residents. The maintenance staff is very friendly, efficient and come right away when you call. The apartments are older, but well maintained and are very spacious, clean & cozy. The location is second to none... very quiet, with nice neighbors. And, best of all... are the amenities they offer! There are soooo many!

Also, if you're looking for somewhere that has flexible leases, this is the place for you. They are very accommodating to needs, whether you need to stay for a few months or a few years. They have the most accommodating leases, and at no extra charge.

This is a great place to live. I love it here. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to live in the Harrisburg area.
