I moved into a 1 bedroom apartment last year and can honestly say I'm so glad I made the decision to rent here. I love my 1 bedroom apartment!!! The location is close to everything - my job, the highways, shopping, movie theatres, etc. My place is very spacious & heat is included in my rent.

I looked all around before deciding to go move here, and what I saw quite frankly scared me. I'm from the Florida area, so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. What I found out was that there weren't a lot of quality places that didn't cost a small fortune (more than a house mortgage). When I came to tour Williamsburg, I got a good impression... but being new in town, I didn't want to chance it... so after I left the rental office I knocked on the door of an apartment. I asked the lady who answered if she liked living here... and she told me she loved it, that she'd been here since 1996 and had no intentions of leaving. She told me that if I rented here I'd love it.

After that and seeing the reviews on this site (despite the parking woes indicated, I've had no problems), I decided to go for it. And I'm not at all sorry. If anyone out there is debating on where to go, give Williamsburg a call. This is a great place to call home!
