The plus side:

Great maintenance service! They are very timely, efficient and friendly. The office staff is also very easy to deal with.

Beautiful grounds and nice interior of the apartments.

The down side:

The sound proofing is awful. We can hear tv noise, talking, coughing, and creaking from our upstairs neighbors. They have also complained about our tv/stereo noise where I found it hard to believe they could hear it.

No full size washers or dryers..for busy people that means laundry backup.
