It's been some time since I lived in these apartments but I figured I'd write a review since my current place makes me remember my time at Williamsburg Estates fondly.

The pros:
- Location - it's near 81 and 83 but on a quiet less-traveled side road.
- Maintenance. I had better maintenance here than I've had at any place before or since. For example, when I had a loose tile above my bath tub faucet, they came out to look at it, left a note letting me know exactly when they would be retiling part of the tub and when I would be able to use the tub again, then came back and did a beautiful job with the retiling, right on schedule. They were very thorough and fixed everything properly the first time. They always left a note to let me know they had been in the apartment and what work they had done.
- The grounds. The grounds are well-kept and the wooded area at the edges of the complex give the place an in-the-country feel. I got a great variety of birds to the bird feeders I hung outside of a back window to the apartment.
- The place is well-lit and safe and I never worried about arriving home by myself late at night.
- The natural light. The floorplans have an adequate number of windows to keep the place bright.

Cons:
I didn't have any real problems with the place. These are my only complaints and they're minor:
- Older appliances
- The gawdawful LOUD buzzer on the dryer. I would jump if I was anywhere near the thing when that buzzer went off! It would wake me in the middle of the night if I did laundry right before bed.
- I occasionally had to park behind my building because the lot out front was full.
