This august will mark 2 years at Williamsburg for me. I moved in when I was in my last 2 years of college. I didnt have too much credit, but they were actually more than willing to help out, they let my mom co-sign on the lease. Over all the office staff is very nice.
I live in a one bedroom appt. When lived here for the first 6 months I had plenty of room, it was spacious enough for one person. But when my boyfriend moved in with me, the space is now a little cramed. We make do though. So thats the only problem I can think of.
When ever something breaks maintance is right on top of it. So far the only problem I had was my grabage disposile brke a few months back. I called them in the morning to let them know on my way to work, and when I came home, they left a note saying it was completed, that very same day! Thats another thing, anytime they need to come into your appt, they always leave a note saying what day and a time frame so you know, and they always leave a note saying they have been there and what they did.
Maintance keeps the grounds beautiful all year long, in the summer they keep the lawns nice and in the winter they keep the snow plowed. They bend over backwards to keep residence happy.
They do great things for the people here, with a summer bbq, a end of summer pool party, a super bowel party, and tons more events for the residents, not to mention every once in a while in the mornings they give out orange juice and danishes.
Oh and plus my fav is the pool, its big, and always clean, and the kids who are life guards are very friendly.
I recomended Williamsburg Estates to two people already, they moved in and they love it here too. I would recomend this place to everyone. Its quiet, peaceful and serene. The neighbors and friendly as well as the staff. It will be sad when the time comes for us to move out. But I will keep enjoying to live here as is. Thank you williamsburg estates for giving me a great place to reside.
