I've been at Williamsburg Estates for over 6 months now, and it has been one of the best places I have ever stayed. They take care of and pay for any problems with the apartment, replace parts, even cabinets, and they do it with a smile. They have excellent facilities to use such as pools, and a really nice tennis court that they have rebuilt since I've been here. The landscaping makes you feel right at home, and it's very well upkept. The only complaint I've had, is that since there is no assigned parking, frequently I've had to park two parking lots over or a considerable distance from my apartment...not so much a problem in the summertime, but in the winter it's not so fun. I've never heard my neighbors, and the community is in a nice location, no violence, no crime. I give it 5 stars!!
