I've been living here for 2 years and plan to live here for several more. It's a great place to live - awesome location, great office staff, responsive maintenance guys, reasonable rent (Free heat & laundry, etc). LOVE my cozy apartment plus they have a lot of parties that they have for free up at the office. The only thing I say is a drawback is foot noise from above neighbors walking around, but that is to be expected in an apartment. I've gotten used to it so it doesn't bother me anymore.

I have referred several friends who have also moved in. If you are looking for a reliably good, safe, quiet place to be, look no further. I recommend it to anyone!
