My stay at Williamsburg Estates has been great. I am moving out of Williamsburg and into a house due to the $8000 tax credit, however I will miss my apartment. It is a very quiet community in a great location, close to 83 and 81. I have had no problems with loud neighbors, thin walls, or anything like that. Rent is very reasonable and they offer free heat! I had a few maintenance issues, but they were all fixed promptly by the maintenance staff. All office staff members that I've dealt with have been nothing less than professional. I would (and have) absolutely recommend Williamsburg Estates to anyone in the greater Harrisburg area.

Its nice to see so many good reviews on an apartment community. I love to hear the response rate was fast on their maintenance and happy to hear your taking advance of the tax credit- good luck with home ownership! One thing is heat is not free- its built into your monthly rental payment. But nevertheless, its nice to find a complex that includes it in your monthly rental payment most have left that market.
