I have lived here for about a year. And i must say it's pretty nice here. Yes there are floods and fires so try 2 get an apt in the back, since the flood waters don't go up that high, the 1st court was exploded and 7 ppl did die in the explosion. If u get the 3rd court, ur safe. There's a train that passes but u get used 2 that really quick, and u can't hear the high way. The lady that usually starts the fires is in G building currently so be ware. this is the cycle:

year 1: small flood, reaches 1 parkin lot
year 2: medium flood, floods 2nd parkin lot
year 3: big flood, water in the buildings
year 4: fire or huge flood
(floods occor near June/July 16th)

the pool looks small but is a nice pool and isn't all that small. you get 1 parkin spot assigned but u can park ur car in the visitor spots and on the road, but during floods, try 2 stay off the roads. I dunno y, but i like it here, it's not as bad as ppl say it is, just the floods can be scary and costly, but if u vget the last court, u have nothing 2 worry about, most of the kids that live here, love it.

the skools r ok but the middle skool vice principle is a #@$%&, there's tons of stuff to do here for ppl of all ages!!!! but try 2 steer clear of the woods at nite, a lot of druggies go there at nite.

The neighbors r pretty nice, the matainence is really nice and should fix your problem within a week, and put up with a lot from a few of the tenents, but of all the ppl i kno that live here, most like it but the floods can be a nussence, 2003 is a year 1, so if u move in this yr, u still have a yr or 2 to get insurance, get flood insurance, not renter's. There's not much storage though. The office lady is the best!!!! She tries 2 keep every1 satisfied and she does a great job of it. The area is generally safe.
