Rebuttal to "A Great Place to Live"

I am not sure what being a young couple with a small child has to do anything. Surely our opinion still matters. Because we have a small child, all the more reason to concerned about bats and sewage.
I disagree that 3 years is a timely manner to resolve a rodent infestation. It doesn't take owning a home for 25 years to figure that one out. I am sure if the bats were on your side of the building and you could actually hear them in your walls (they were actually in our WALLS which they got to through the attic), you might agree. The sewage problem recurred four times before properly fixed. The final time, a whole week passed before anyone stepped into our building to see what the complaints were about. I disagree that this is timely. Even the resident manager agreed that our complaints should have been taken more seriously. This was a health issue that needed to be addressed immediately. I agree the maintenance staff and office manager are friendly and the guys do work promptly to remove snow... my husband always volunteered and happily helped them to do so. It's the staff at the Scully Office who are difficult to deal with, which you will probably find out someday.
