The maintenance staff is very friendly, and the apartments are spacious and nice. they are also affordable. unfortunatly, there have been three huge fires in the last five years. one of the fires was actually an explosion caused by floodwaters. it killed six people. the complex is in a flood plain, so it's going to flood again. with all of the apartment complexes in the area, why the hell would you rent here' Suicidal' A little crazy' if you don't take my advice, at least get a good renters insurance policy.
