The best feature is the size of the apartments. Very big and roomy, more than enough closet space, plus extra storage is provided. Laundry facilities are provided as well.
The neighbors are great, very quiet, but being that the building is on a major 4 lane street next to a McDonalds, the noise level is pretty high. Between the traffic on the street, the morons beeping at each other in the drive-thru, and the kids that hang at the McDonalds or scream at the top of their lungs in the playland, sleeping can be a challenge.
Parking is an issue, and you better get home early or you will be without a spot. It would be better if people didn't park crooked and take up 2 spots everyday. The parking lot has been ripped up to remove old oil tanks and never repaired, so the life expectancy of your tires will be diminished.
Snow removal and salting in the winter is nearly non existant. You will fall on the ice. You better buy a shovel if you want to get to your car.
