Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2000
I have lived her over 5 years, way too long.
The pluses are 6 closets and a roomy layout, with eat-in kitchen, close to shopping and 476. The minuses outweigh the plusses: tissue-thin walls and floors, elderly tenants who are deaf and blast their t.v.'s, and terrible maintenance. There is only 1 maintenance man for all of the buildings. The office is staffed only part-time. Good luck if you have an emergency. To get repairs done in the past I have had to issue threats.
Also, the building is across the street from a FIREHOUSE !! and sirens blast at all hours of the day and night. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
