to get anything done, you better stand on your head to get noticed....turnover at the apartments is continual....if you look at the parking lot itself...it is riddled with pot holes, and probably wont be addressed by owner till someone gets hurt....when walking down the walkways in back when it rains all of the storm drains attached to the buildings pour water out....landscaping is at a minimum. there are exposed pipes all over the place....expecially in back of the buildings that are not being viewed from the front....weeds overgrown at a progressive rate and the grass that we do have is being choked by the weeds......soil erosion is continual and no new dirt has been added for years....fence posts are all rotting out and nothing is being done to protect the residents here....many of these post face the courtyard where the pool once was and its is an extremely steep drop.....railroad ties that were put in years ago are rotting in many places and not maintained.......one building in this complex at the top, the highest floor has mold growing from leakage that hasnt been taken care of.....what a shame, these apartments are laid out nicely, its a quiet area and just think what this owner could make if he took care of the property properly.......
