I lived here through the winter or part of it and moved out quickly.
there was no heat here and repeated calls to management went unanswered. I called codes enforcement and they shut the building down and moved us out until they fixed the heat. While we were at a hotel my neighbors apartment got robbed.

Dont bother ever calling the landlords about anything they wont respond. This place is more like a crackhouse with all the parties and unruly youth on the weekends than a suitable place to live. The last straw was when I found a needle in the stairwell so I moved out.

Back in '07 there were a new manager every other month and many approved renters were bad news. being here for many years i can say that several tenants called codes enforcement and the building was NEVER shut down. I knew of noone being 'moved out' to a hotel. certainly I was not, nor any of my neighbors, who have lioved here for years. the heat problem WAS bad, but a whole new system has been put in--no problems now. All new wood floor and rugs in hallways--and new paint. All balcony railings repainted and wood around patio doors. looks great. Roberta in the office is marvelous and very professional, nice and efficient.
