SHOVEL YOUR OWN SNOW! They hate the ELDERLY here!

This winter noone shoveled our snow. I almost threw out my back just getting down the steps. There are people in the office here who we call to have people come over to shovel the walks and plow the parking lots. When anyone calls them they never do anything and never send anyone.
Here at holly house my apartment has become infested with cockroaches and they wont send over a exterminator. Just because I am old does not mean they can take advatage of me. I am leaving and they keep their security deposit. they told me that the cockroaches were my fault since it was my apartment and I should pay for the exterminator.
