i have none of the problems that the others have written about, no bugs, tons of heat and always good parking. The mantenience comes to the apt about one hour after i call. Things get fixed the same day i call. No problems here!!!

Things have improved immensely from '07 to '08. There WAS a huge turnover of office staff and managers for about 2 years and things went haywire. A long-time manager has returned over a year ago and things are getting whipped into shape. There is a business in the front of the building, along Eagle Rd, which has changed several times--and parking spaces are used up by their customers. It was a hair salon, which JUST closed--before that a carpet store. When someone moves out I have found water bugs and mice last year--but all gone and no more problems. new heater worked great last year. before that there were yearly problems with no heat. maintenance is much better as the former guy worked on his own schedule. The present maintenance guy is extremely hard working and lives nearby. he came from another aptmt complex owned by same company and knows his stuff. My refrigerator died last year and was replaced in less than one day. As mentioned, things were bad in '07, but new management, maintenance, many upgrades have made it much, much better.
