HOLLY HOUSE APTS. IS A SMALL ONE BUILDING COMPLEX
THE NEW OWNERS ARE MAKING ALOT OF IMPROEMENTS. WE JUST HAD THE HALLWAYS
PAINTED AND NEW CARPETING PUT DOWN IN ALL OF THE HALLWAYS.
THE RESIDENTS ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL.
THE OFFICE STAFF IS SUPER NICE AND ALWAYS READY TO HELP YOU.
HOLLY HOUSE IS CLOSE TO CVS, DELI, GAS STATIONS AND QUAINT SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS.
I LOVE IT HERE AND SO DO THE OTHER RESIDENTS.

I have lived here over 20 years--and the new management is making many upgrades and doing a great job. Of course the $40.00 rent raise every year is too much. many residents are wonderful--others are definitely not. Very convenient location. They went through many managers 2 years ago and it was a madhouse. Things are great now!
