Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2002
I lived at Lawrence Hill for 5 very enjoyable years. The apartment was a good size and had brand new carpets and kitchen installed when I moved in. My neighbors were friendly and helpful and noise was never a problem. Anything that needed to be fixed was promptly taken care of by maintenance including emergency calls on weekends. The location could not be more convenient, only one block from Route 3 and the Blue Route and minutes from 320 and other major roads.
The only potential issue would be that there are no elevators, so being on the second or third floor means quite a few stairs. Otherwise, Lawrence Hill is a lovely place to live. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
