Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
I agree completely with what the other user said. I also got my car flooded when I parked too close to the creek before a heavy rainstorm, and the noise from my upstairs neighbors was unbelievably loud. Add to this a relatively high rent for the area and I couldn't recommend this complex to anyone.
