DONT SIGN THAT LEASE! The rental office is all sugar and spice to prospective tenants, but that changes once you sign that lease. They are rude, not available during posted hours, and don't care. THE UTILITIES ARE OUTRAGEOUS!!! There is no maintenance person - they keep quitting!! The parking lot floods any time it rains. The laundry rooms are dirty. The storage areas are dugeon like. The grounds are littered with disgusting cigarette butts and trash. The air conditioning is broken more than it works. Dont' make the same mistake I did. Keep looking.

Nothing is worse than were I live. I had an unfortunate situation and had no choice but to move to The Gardens in Upper Darby. My complaints now are Poor workmanship, black mold, nasty and disgusting neighbors, mice, giant cockroaches and no where to park. You got it good compared to what many deal with. I have a Slumlord, and I can't wait until the day my lease is up and the Lord can move me outta here. I never lived were you have, but your complaints are mild to mine and I would take your place in a heartbeat!

We lived there for 2 years and the floods were bad. And there was a flood during a bad storm and cars were under the water. I agree that the laundry rooms were dirty some of the time. The worst part was the high outrageous utility bills. We live in South Carolina now and no way is it as high as the bills in Waterford.
