Wyndmoor in Havertown has been my home now for a few years and it has gone downhill in the last year. In the back alley at night there are races where youths from the area race their cars loudly and at high speeds. I have to get up early for work and I dont need to hear revving of engines and teens having sex in the alleys all night long. There is no security here to deal with the issue. The management here could care less about all this wreckless behavior. The police are here constantly and the management at ARO properties still refuse to get any security for the property. Alot of us have had our car radios stolen from our cars by these hooligans. This place is filthy and the cleaners only come once in awhile. there is empty beer bottles and cans all over the place and it stinks like a refinery. Dont be fooled by how nice it looks when you go to check the place out it is a dump!

I am taking ARO properties to small claims court to get my rent back for failure to provide reasonable security to us.
