Beware horrible place to live At times looks and appears picturesque and quiet.
Very high crime rate Police never respond and seem to work for the people who committ the crimes. Many people appear to be on probation but dont say anything Heavily monitored by surveillance people who formerly watched the community. The kind of people who were not allowed near me when I was a child growing up in the community. Horrifying I fear for my life and safety . Plain language lease yet they
watch constantly and only settle down once I move out and am homeless. More like a prison then an apartment complex. It appears they rent to people who watch the community .. Beware

Ever since the Feds enacted a pro-mentally disabled act in 1999, apartments in the PA, NJ, and NY areas have become inundated with maladjusted individuals. Our tax dollars are paying for them to be taken out of mental institutions, detention centers, half-ways houses etc. and placed in apartments with "Adult Roommates" or "Caretakers". Many are crackheads whose brains are fried, some are aggressive loonies who are on the edge, some are bad seeds, and others are ex-cons. Apartments are becoming a dangerous place to live. The agencies responsible for supervising these people are doing a lousy job, and the people who have been hired to watch these people are sometimes no better than they are. Instead of watching their wards, they watch the innocent tenants. They will monitor every move you make to make sure you do not come in contact with the loones; you are not suppose to know the wacks are living amongst you. In return for your lack of awareness you will be showered with harassment and abuse; thats right, you can expect to be stalked and mentally and physically abused. You see, many of these mentals need an outlet for their twisted aggressive compulsions, and you are going to be their outlet. Many apartment complexes are now inundated with these loons and their caretakers, and a gang mentallity has taken over. Many now work in tandem, and have well orchestrated team efforts when it comes to abusing innocent tenants.Remember, this is a release for these wackos, so as long as they do not commit physical harm or property damage the apartment management and local authorities will not get involved; thats right folks, don't expect any help from anyone. You see, the local governments and apartment complexes must cooperate, it has been federally mandated.So the affected communities are busy trying to keep this hidden from the public so they do not have to listen to citizens complain. Now for the best part, the mentals are being issued sound amplifiers, motion detectors, and radar guns. You read this right, radar guns. The purpose of these devices is again to keep an eye on you.Is your privacy being violated, it sure is; but prove it! On a more sinisiter note, the radar gun can also become a weapon. If the beam is narrowed, the microwaves being emitted can make a person cough, have chest pains, ringing in the ears, stinging eyes, a burning sensation on parts of the body and more. Radar (microwaves)can travel through several layers of wall or ceiling before reaching the target - you! The agencies and wackos are protected by disability and child protection laws, so it would be a stretch to say you had any chance of finding out who you are up against. Everyone you approach will deny, deny, deny. You will be alone unless you have friends in the complex who can team up with you to discover the perps. This is the future of apartment living, and is most likely what is happening at Hazleton Apartments and other complexes in Pennsylvania. I wish I could end up on a positive note, but I am affraid it is only going to get worse.

My daughter lived there, (Hazleton Apartments) and all they(the women at the office)did, was give her one warning after another for things she wasn't even doing! They like to go on "hear say" a lot. Instead of going on FACTS and PROOF! I think they are very bias, in every sense of the word. It's like living in a concentration camp. And the cabinets in that place are made of paper! She even got blamed for putting a crack into one of the cabinet doors, right after the lousy maintenance men screwed the cabinet on! All they do there is point fingers, and get you evicted for the stupidest things. True or false! They suck!!!
