I am very happy here! I have lived here for over two years. My apartment is extremely comfortable and well maintained. All I have to do is pick up the phone with any problems and they are here usually within a day. It is VERY quiet here. The office staff are helpful and always pleasant when I stop

Eh. Mailboxes are not secure, many important pieces of mail have come up missing. Maintenance is a nightmare. Rent is low. Cops have to patrol, especially during summer months. People screaming late at night, loud music, stomping so loud in the hallways that pictures come off
