Eh. - Mailboxes are not secure, many important pieces of mail have come up missing. Maintenance is a nightmare. Rent is low. Cops have to patrol, especially during summer months. People screaming late at night, loud music, stomping so loud in the hallways that pictures come off walls. It goes on and on. When maintenance does come, they don't fix things right. I would live at any other apartments in the Shenago Valley! It is quiet and better than owning a house because we don't have to fix anything. Having our own garage and patio is great! Neighbors are nice and friendly,but don't get into your business.
