Not too horrible

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
Very old, very inefficient, expect to blow $200 per month on electricity in the winter while newer apartments are costing less than half of that. Only one parking spot per apartment, even for two and three bedroom townhouses. Unassigned parking spots are few and far between, I usually walk the length of a city block from my car to the apartment. The staff is nice, but not very helpful. The apartments are on some kind of shared hot water system, so if the people next door take a shower, don't expect to have more than 5 minutes of hot water.
