COULDN'T BE WORSE.

I've lived in a townhouse and apartment and to say the least I HATED it. Our rent was increased each month for maintanence, but when we called maintenence they wouldn't come for up to 3 weeks or more AFTER we called. It started out good, but after 2 years less than half of the apartments they had were vacant and people were moving out. We were one of the 150 families left there. In our lease they said that we had free pool access, but when we when we went for a swim they wanted $10 dollars from us. The moral of the story is DO NOT live in Briarcrest Gardens, ESPECIALLY if you are trying to SAVE money on rent each month. Everybody there is a BIG PAIN to deal with.
