Briarcrest over-charges for all the more they offer. I now live in a MUCH nicer community for less than what I paid in Briarcrud! (and i no longer have to hear my neighbors urinate)

I should have known what I was getting myself into when the leasing agent was taking me to an townhouse to tour and to her suprise the unit was occupied!! We all make mistakes I thought, but after living there for a year I realized thats ALL the office staff makes...mistakes. I lived in a recently renovated townhouse that was STILL in horrible condition. For just ONE example, when my garbage disposal stopped working it took 2 months for maintanence to fix it because it wasn't a "priority." Just goes to show you how much else must be wrong in Briarcrest.

As for the girl (and I stress girl) who claimed Briarcrest is a dream come true to city life. Try living in NYC and then talk to me about living a sheltered life. The reason someone would move to a place like Briarcrest is TO life a sheltered life..duh! Why else choose Hershey' Money talks...only no one in this community is listening.

And I stand by my claim, getting help from the Briarcrest staff is more difficult than trying to get a cab on Broadway during a thunderstorm...and that says ALOT!
