a waste of money if you ask me!
management is horrible, have to go over their heads to get anything solved. maintnence problems take months to solve, spiders, ants, and slugs abound. you can also hear every movement your neighbors make. Impossible to have sex without waking up the elderly neighbors. A good place to live if you're old & like getting taken advantage of.
