Over the years I have lived in the slums of Northern NJ to some nice areas around Princeton. I find that the first year I have been living in Briarcrest has been most enjoyable. When we moved in there were a couple of small problems that were taken care of the next day. The grounds are always clean and a nice place to walk my two poodles. I never have had a problem with maintance coming to fix problems within a day of calling them. For major problems they are there in minutes. My only problem is the lack of lighting in the parking area's. A few extra lights here and there would be a great help. Both my wife and I are in our late 40's and when we moved from NJ to PA we checked out lots of places and found these apartments fit our lifestyle best. We are both disabled and were given an apartment with parking in front and no steps to climb. I plan on renewing my lease and making this our new home for the next few years.
