If I had to choose my apartment and had lived in the area before i came here, I probably would not choose this place. It suits my needs for now but I personally would not choose to live here. The apartment was dirty when I arrived, the rental furniture was good but the general appearance of the apartment was unkept. The staff is nice and gets things done, I have had 2 maintance issues so far both taken care of within 6 hours of the notice. location is nice. I really like living close to running/biking trails.
Everyone seems real nice and friendly.
I agree with the walls and floors. It could be very noisey. I have a town house and feel I have to walk quietly. Lots of kids as well. Parking could be better and better lit. Overall it is okay.
