I've lived in Briarcrest for a total of 3 years and even moved back after having moved out. Management has changed a hundred times in the three years and is now at its all time worst! I had $1800 worth of damage to my car due to vandalism and the property manager is still raising my rent for the last three months I'm here. They also claim no responsibility for the incident, which eventually involved over 10 vandalisms/thefts to cars parked right outside tentants' apartments. Typically respond to maintenance issues quickly. Very thin walls! Sketchy neighbors, especially in the summer when they allow Hersheypark employees to live here. Lots of loud teenagers. Save yourself some headaches and live elsewhere - there are lots of nice places in Hershey.
